6A72 License Version 1.0

The license under which the software is released is the 6A72 License Version 1.0 (or later). A copy of the License is included with every copy of Software.

Definitions

• "License" refers to this document.
• "Software" refers to the software that is released under this License.
• "You" means an individual or a legal entity using Software.
• "Author" means an individual or a legal entity who have the legal right to grant permission to use the Software.
• "Contributor" means an individual or entity that creates Modified version of Software.
• "Contributor Version" means Modified version of Software.
• "Contributor Code" means new codes that has been added to the Software by Contributor.
• "Project" Means a Component designed to extend the functionality of Software or change User Interface of Software, Without Modifying Software Source Code, and shall be installed on Software.
• "Open Source License" refers to a license that allows you to modify and/or share the source code under defined terms and conditions.

Grant of Rights

Permission is hereby granted, a perpetual irrevocable copyright license to obtaining a copy of Software, edit or redistribute Software when the following conditions are met:

• By using the Software You will not violate any legal rights.
• Contributor Version must retain in the same License and Contributor must include a copy of the License with every copy of Contributor Version.
• Contributor Version can not have a name including Software name.
• Any files including Contributor Code must carry prominent notices stating that what part of the file is changed or added by Contributor.
• Contributor must mention that Contributor Version is based on Software by adding below line at the start of the license (Replace <SOFTWARE NAME> with real Software Name):
  THIS SOFTWARE IS BASED ON <SOFTWARE NAME> AND RELEASED UNDER 6A72 LICENSE VERSION 1.0 (OR LATER).

Patent

Permission is hereby granted, a perpetual irrevocable patent license to use and edit Software when the following conditions are met:

• Where patent claims is licensable by Author or Contributor.
• You can not institute patent litigation against any individual or entity (including a cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the Software, Source Code or Contributor Code incorporated within patent infringement.

Liability

In no event will the Copyright holder or Contributor be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory or non legal theory. You are using this Software at your own risk.

Disclaimer of Warranty

Software and Contributor Version under this License is without any kind of warranty.

Project should be open source and can be released under this License or any other Open Source License.
